Short Biography

Erick T. Buberwa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSc. HRM) and a Bachelor of Public Administration in Human Resource Management (BPA - HRM) both from Mzumbe University. He formerly was a Coordinator of Master of Business Management (MBM) in the Department of Management at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). Prior to joining MoCU, he served as the Human Resources Officer II with The President’s Office – Public Service Commission, Teachers’ Services Department (PO – PSC, TSD) in Maswa District Council. He also served as a Customer Services Agent with SWISSPORT Company Ltd, at Julius Nyerere International Airport (JNIA). His field attachment as a Human Resources Officer Trainee, was done at The President’s Office–Public Service Management (PO - PSM), Dar es salaam.
