Short Biography

Mr. Panga is a Lecturer holding a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (Mzumbe University) and Bachelor of Arts in Procurement and Supply Management (Sokoine University of Agriculture) and is a registered as well as Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board. Currently, he is undertaking PhD studies at the Pan African University (Yaoundé Cameroon).
