Experienced in designing rural community entrepreneurial development initiative, in the design and conduct of baseline survey, promotion and development of microfinance enterprise using self help groups and group action approaches, conducting and training on project management and evaluation, project impact assessment of different NGOs; community household surveys using participatory methods. Experts in rural community on promotion, formation and intensification various forms of self-help community groups in rural and urban areas, developing community initiatives on member-based producer organizations such as rural community banks, community enterprises networks development, marketing organizations, community fund rising skills, community marketing and business linkages.

Short Biography

Dr. Gratian Cronery Rwekaza is a Lecturer in Management and Co-operative Business Management of Moshi Co-operative University, he has been teaching at Moshi Cooperative university for 10 years; His main areas of teaching and research in ; microfinance , community development, co-operative management and development, rural project planning and management, community participation, training needs assessment, business planning and organizational development, conflict management, lobbying and advocacy, promotional of Micro Small and Medium Enterprise and community entrepreneurship development. Furth He has been teaching for 7 years in Tanzania secondary schools.

He has an experience in designing rural community entrepreneurial development initiative, in the design and conduct of baseline survey, promotion and development of microfinance enterprise using self help groups and group action approaches, conducting and training on project management and evaluation, project impact assessment of different NGOs; community household surveys using participatory methods.
