Mr. Boi Sarea Issara is an expert in two broad areas: Education and Linguistics. Categorically, he is capable in the following areas: Communication Skills, English Language, Language teaching methods, principles of curriculum Development and teaching, educational psychology, educational philosophy, classroom interaction and management, pedagogy of teacher Education, educational media and Technology, Adult learning, Policy Planning and Administration as well as principles of Education.

He holds a Master of Arts in Education (MA. ED) and Bachelor of Arts in Education (BED in ARTS) with Honours both obtained from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania in 2010 and 2018 respectively. With 13 years of teaching experience, Mr. Boi Sarea Issara has taught English Language, Communication Skills, teaching methodology, supervision of student teachers projects to both certificate and diploma students as well as other managerial roles assigned by his immediate supervisor at Mpwapwa Teachers College, where the ministry of Education has employed him as a college tutor. Similarly, in 2019, he joined the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) as an assistant Lecturer in the Department of Human Capital Management and Administration, where he teaches Communication Skills to both certificate, diploma and degree students and supervision of research for undergraduate students.

Throughout his career, Mr. Boi Sarea Issara has been a professional, committed, self-motivated teacher and mentor for whoever seeks his assistance in the area of teaching methodology. He believes in the philosophy of investing in human capital supported by English sayings, “Whoever wants to see furthest should stand on the shoulders of giants.
