Ms. Mary Mwinuka is an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). Since 2015 he has been teaching undergraduate programmes, researching and offering community services under the Department of Co-operative Development and Management. She holds a Master of Co-operative and Community Development from the Moshi Co-operative University ( MoCU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (BA-DS) from the University of Dodoma. Ms. Mwinuka has been involved in various research activities, including “Impact of Co-operative Members’ Control on Leadership Accountability in Meru and Rombo Districts, Tanzania” facilitated by MoCU under the Research Grant Scheme on Strategic research.
