Dr. Gideon Yona Sikawa is a Human Resources Management expert known for the development and review of curriculum in the field of HRM, Moderation of various Universities exams in the area of HRM, had have presented MoCU onto the various fora related to the field of HRM both nationally and internationally. He has also written two text books vis-à-vis Human Capital Management and HRM Practices hand book for managers. With eighteen (18) years of experience in the field of HRM, Dr. Gideon Yona Sikawa has conducted a number of trainings, research and engaged in consultancy services as indicated on his CV.
Throughout his career Dr. Gideon Yona Sikawa headed the Directorate of Research and consultancy services very successful since the directorate managed to win a significant number of bids. He also headed the Co-operative Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre (CEIC) and for the first time, the centre managed to win BEST-AC (Business Environment Strengthening – Advocacy Component) project.
Dr. Gideon Yona Sikawa believes in human dignity, fairness, transparency, human rights that are all inclusive and personal high level of integrity. He holds conviction that his prime purpose in life is “to help others” and if mission impossible, not to harm them.
Apart from his professional pursuits, Dr. Gideon Yona Sikawa is passionate about adventures, reading novels, physical exercises, side hustles, etc.
