Ms. Consesa Richard Mauki is an assistant lecturer at the Department of Community Development and Gender.  She holds a M.A in Rural Development and a BSc. Agricultural Education & Extension both from Sokoine University of Agriculture. She is known for professional training in agricultural education; business management and community resource mobilization with 12 years of working experience serving co-operative societies and community-based organizations.

Throughout her career, Ms Consesa Richard Mauki has taught both residential and distance learning programs and provided consultancy and research management support. She is recognized for the implementation of training programs and the formation of various forms of co-operatives and farmer groups/associations in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. She believes in a fusion of pedagogical innovation, practical application, and a commitment to sustainable development.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Ms Consesa Richard Mauki is passionate about attending agricultural fairs and exhibitions, reading books on personal development; and engaging in physical activities- jogging, yoga, and sports. She believes in the holistic enrichment philosophy that, personal and professional aspects of life are interconnected encouraging a mindful and purposeful approach to activities.
