Mr. Robert Joseph Hiza is an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) from October 2022. He received his ordinary diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), his bachelor degree of Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) and his Master’s degree of Science Finance and Investment from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) in Tanzania. Currently, he works under the department of Accounting and Finance, where he is involved in teaching, training, research, and consultancy services related to accounting, and finance. Prior to joining Moshi Co-operative University, Mr. Hiza gained valuable experience in the teaching field of accounting and finance. He worked as a part time Tutorial Assistant for 2 years at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA-Dar Campus) and 1 year as a part time Assistant Lecturer at both the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA-Dar Campus) and the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).

This academic foundation and experience have equipped him with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in his role as an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). His teaching journey showcases his expertise in accounting and finance, complemented by his academic qualifications and practical experience in the academic sector.
