Mr. Matogoro Nchundi Mayalla is a Lecturer at the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) under the Department of accounting and finance since 2006. He holds the degree of Master of Business Administration (Finance) from University of Dar es Salaam, Postgraduate Diploma in accounting and finance and Advanced Diploma in Co-operative Accounting from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania.

Mr. Matogoro has more than seventeen (17) years teaching experience. His primary teaching interests are in financial accounting, auditing, microfinance, financial management and cooperative supervision and inspection, and cooperative audit and inspection. Mr. Matogoro also, is a field trainer and consultant in business management, cooperative management, accounting and financial management.

Mr. Matogoro has experience in research in the areas of Co-operative management and Microfinance. He was involved in “Examining Success Factors for Sustainable Rural Development through the Integrated Co-operative Model in Tanzania at KIMULI & MRUWIYA AMCOS project in 2014 to 2015 funded by Canadian Cooperatives Association (CCA)’’.
