Mr. Ernest Lucas Hizza has a Master of Science in Natural Resources Assessment and Management (MSc. NARAM) and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning (BSc. URP) (Hons) both from the University of Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania. He is a lecturer in the department of Economics and Statistics which is under the Faculty of Co-operative and Community Development (FCCD). He specialized in Natural Resources Assessment and Management. He has published various papers in peer reviewed journal in the area of Climate Change and Livelihood Dynamics. His research and consulting interests include: Climate Change Impact Assessment, Livelihood analysis, Land use/cover Change Analysis, Land Reforms, Food Security, Programme/Projects Impact Evaluation. He completed various assignments on programme and projects financed by Local and International donors as a team leader as well as team member including:
