Ms. Grace is a lecturer, researcher and consultant working under the Department of Law, Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). She holds Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Mzumbe University. She is currently pursuing PhD studies at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. Ms. Grace has been in service since 2010 and has been involved in teaching, research, consultancy as well as administrative duties. Ms. Grace participated as a team member and successfully executed a consultancy service of preparing Babati Township Council Investment Opportunities and Revenue Enhancement Profile, 2018. Ms. Grace has also been engaged in various special tasks inter alia, preparation of the Moshi Co-operative Charter, 2015; conducting self-assessment and preparing a proposal for upgrading Kizumbi Teaching Centre into an Institute; conducting Institutional Self-assessment for re-accreditation of Moshi Co-operative University; and preparation and review of Moshi Co-operative University Policies, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations. Ms. Grace has been engaged as a facilitator in various trainings to members of co-operative societies, MoCU students and staff; and a presenter in public lectures including the public lecture during the Union Conference held on 26th April 2023 at Moshi Co-operative University. Ms. Grace has attended various seminars, workshops and conferences that contributed to sharpening her skills as an academician and a leader. She has researched and published on computer law. Administratively, Ms. Grace has been a Head of Department of Law for six years (2016-2022), Chairperson of the University Integrity Committee, member of the University Staff Disciplinary Committee and the University Tender Board.
