Irene S. Biseko is a holder of Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees. She holds Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Information and Communication Technology Law of the University of Iringa and the Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Mzumbe University. She is an energetic young attorney who has a strong background in ICT law as well as employment law. She has proven to be a solid researcher and advisor in field of practice since 2016. She is also a holder of Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Law School of Tanzania). She is an advocate of the High Court and Courts subordinate thereto. She is also an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS) and the East African Law Society (EALS). She has been in service since 2015 as Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University and, she has other responsibilities as Research, Consultancy, and Community Services. Before joining Moshi Co-operative University, she was working with CSB Law Chambers as a legal officer, S & S Attorneys as a partner. She is a member of University Senate, the Council of the Academic Staff Association for Public Universities and Colleges of Tanzania (ASAPUCT), and as Honorary Secretary of the MoCU Staff Association (MoCUASA).
