Sekunda Kilambo is an assistant lecturer, researcher and consultant at the Moshi Co-operative University. She has her focus on Banking and financial services, Microfinance, Small Enterprise Development, Business Management and Personal Finance. She has done some advocacy for policies that promote financial inclusion and support small businesses, advocating for funding initiatives to support entrepreneurship, and conducting education and training programs to enhance business management skills, especially in underserved areas. Additionally, she advocacy for sustainable business practices and ethical lending standards within the banking and microfinance sector. Kilambo has a diverse set of skills including; excellent analytical thinking, creativity with initiative, flexibility and ability to work under intense pressure, strong communication skills, adaptability to diverse environments, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, time management abilities, and data analysis.
