Dr.Faustine Panga is a senior procurement and supply chain expert in the department of procurement and supply chain management with fourteen (14) years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, he holds PhD in Governance and Regional Integration from Pan African University, Institute of Governance, Humanities, and Social Sciences (PAUGHSS). Throughout his career, Dr Panga has published more than twenty (20) papers in different reputable journals in the area of supply chain, public procurement governance, contract management, e-procurement and participation of SMEs in procurement business process.

Dr Panga is also resource person in the areas of research and consultancy to Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) since 2012. He is also external examiner to Mzumbe University (MU), College of Business Education (CBE), Tanzania Institute of Accountants (TIA) and Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA). He is also a resource person to Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the capacity of Procurement Auditor and Trainer.Dr Panga has also handled several consultancy assignments with National Audit Office (NAO), Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (EWURA), Local Government Training Institute (LGTI), Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) and Arusha City Council.

He has also be engaged in University Administration in the Capacity of Faculty Examination Officer, Honorary Secretary of Academic Staff Association, Chairperson of the Procurement Committee, Chairperson of the University Marketing Committee, Head of Postgraduate Studies Unit and Currently the Head of Department of Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
