Mr. Frank B. Mlangalanga (CPA) is a former Banker and an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) since 2018. He has been teaching undergraduate programmes, researching and offering consultancy services under the Department of Co-operative Development and Management. He is also a Coordinator of Professional Financial Co-operative Management Programmes (PFCMP) at the Department of Distance Education under the Institute of Continuing Co-operative Education (ICCE) of MoCU. Mr. Mlangalanga holds a Master of Commerce in Co-operative Management and Rural Studies from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (India) and a Bachelor of Co-operative Management and Accounting from the Sokoine University of Agriculture (Tanzania). Mr Mlangalanga is currently pursuing a specialised master’s in Microfinance (2023/24) from the Université libre de Bruxelles – Belgium. Mr. Mlangalanga has been involved in various research activities, including strategic research titled “Emerging Social Media Associations in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Co-operative Development in Tanzania” – awarded and funded by MoCu where he was Principal Investigator.
