Extra-curricular activities provide opportunities for students to continue to develop outside the lecture hall. At MoCU, we boast a diverse array of student-run clubs and societies, encompassing academic groups, performing groups, spiritual groups, sports and gaming clubs, student leadership and activism groups, and student publications, among others. Joining these clubs or societies is an excellent opportunity to sharpen their intellect, acquire new skills, hone their leadership abilities, and forge friendships with peers who share their interests.

Moshi Co-operative University Students Association (MoCUSO)

The Moshi Co-operative University Students Association (MoCUSO) is a general students' organization at the MoCU. It serves as a platform to uplift students, promote governance, and ensure their welfare. The MoCUSO government comprises elected student representatives, and all registered students are automatically members upon payment of an annual subscription fee. The association is structured into three main organs: the cabinet, the University Students Representative Council (USRC), and the MoCUO Board.
