Benedict Anicet Minde is a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Law at Moshi Co-operative University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Sebastian Kolowa Memorial University, as well as a Diploma and a Certificate in Law from the Institute of Judicial Administration in Lushoto. He became a full-time employee in January 2025. Before his full-time role at Moshi Co-operative University, Benedict served as a part-time instructor in the Department of Law from 2021 to 2025. In this capacity, he taught various law subjects, fostering a deep understanding of legal principles among certificate and diploma students. He assisted in conducting moot court sessions, providing practical experience and honing advocacy skills for students pursuing their LL.B. He is particularly interested in specific areas of law, such as Administrative Law, Business Law, Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Human Rights Law, Labour Law, and Humanitarian Law, and he actively seeks opportunities to expand his expertise through research and ongoing learning.
