The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) is a two-year postgraduate programme designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in managing human capital effectively. General Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Public Administration, Cooperative, Law, Community Development, Business, Social Sciences, Sociology, Education, Environmental Studies, Rural Development, Development Studies, Gender, Archaeology, Anthropology, Philosophy, Social Work, Health System Management, or related field with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 2.7.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in any relevant field with an average of “B” or a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Professional Training qualifications such as CPA (T), ACCA, CPB, CPSP (T) with additional relevant training, evidence of research capability, and a minimum of two years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required for all applicants.
