Dr. Happy Shayo is a distinguished and experienced faculty member at Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU) in the field of Educational Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Economics and Management from Northeast Normal University in Changchun, China where her groundbreaking research focused on School-home trust and communication.
Dr. Shayo’s expertise lies in trust, student-teacher relationships, girls’ education, Leadership, organizational behavior, and the implementation of educational policies. She has published in reputable journals, including Frontiers in Psychology and Advances in Social Sciences Research Journal; contributed to a book, Student-Teacher Relationship Quality Research: Past, Present and Future.
In addition to her research and consulting work, Dr. Shayo is a dedicated educator who mentors the next generation of educational leaders. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Educational Leadership, Organizational behavior, Industrial relations and policy, and is known for her engaging teaching style and commitment to student success.
