Enitha Michael Msamba is a lecturer at the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. She has been an assistant coordinator for the quality assurance and control unit since August 2023. Previous appointments include Assistant Head of the Admission Unit, Senate for the Postgraduate Studies Committee, and Council member for the MoCU Academic Staffs Association (MoCUASA).

Her career began in January 2010 when she was employed as a Tutor at the Katoke Teachers’ College, Kagera, Tanzania. Later, she was hired as the Tutorial Assistant at MoCU.  Thirteen years after her employment, Ms Enitha obtained a Master’s Degree (Linguistics) from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She also registered for a Doctoral of Philosophy studies at the Moshi Co-operative University.

Moreover, since her employment at MoCU, Enitha has undertaken two research projects:  Object marking in Kihehe and evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training for English language teachers in Tanzania. She also has publications on the same. Apart from being a professional teacher, her other hobbies include singing, jogging, watching movies, and reading books.
