Erick Buberwa is a human resource management lecturer, author of several books and a passionate illustrator with fifteen (15) years of experience in academia, administration, and customer services. He works at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), Department of Human Capital Management and Administration (DHCMA). He previously worked with The President’s Office-Public Service Commission (PO-PSC) and Swissport Tanzania Limited. He is undertaking a PhD in Human Resource Management (PhD-HRM) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Nairobi, Kenya. He has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSc. HRM) and a Bachelor of Public Administration in Human Resource Management (BPA-HRM) from Mzumbe University, Morogoro, Tanzania.

Throughout his career, Erick Buberwa has worked as a Human Resource Officer II and Customer Services Agent. He has extensively taught, supervised, guided, and counseled students. While executing his duties, he believes in integrity, fairness, promptness, excellence, timeliness, neatness, and confidentiality. Erick Buberwa is recognised for organising exit capacity-building training and workshops for students about to graduate.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Erick Buberwa is passionate about illustrating/drawing writing philosophical and children’s books. He believes in the endless seeking of knowledge and wisdom, cooperation, humanity, and peacefulness in the world.
