Mr. Elias C. Joseph is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Law at the Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU). He holds the Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Information and Communication Technology Law of the University of Iringa and the Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Mzumbe University. Mr. Elias also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania (LST). He is a practising advocate of the High court and courts subordinate thereto currently based in Moshi-Kilimanjaro. Mr. Elias has been in civil service since 2017. Administratively, Mr. Elias is serving as the secretary of the Board of Condemnation at the university. Nevertheless, he has previously worked as a secondary school teacher and a legal officer at Women Legal Aid Centre (WLAC). Moreover, Mr. Elias has been involving himself in teaching, research, and consultancy services. He has published one scholarly article focusing on information and communication technology law.
