Msaki Juda Leonard (Ph.D.), is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Microfinance and Banking at Moshi Co-operative University, but also has been involved across several departments and subjects in the university including department of Economics and Statistics.  He holds a PhD (Financial- Economics and Banking) from JRN- Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University (Udaipur, North-India). He also holds an MBA (Finance and Economic Systems) from University of Calicut, (Kerala, North-India) and B. Com (Finance and Economic Systems Administration) from the University of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, (Udaipur, North-India) with several Postgraduate Diplomas (Finance and Economic policies Analysis), from Chennai, South-India.  He has published widely in the areas of banking, finance and Economic re-thinking and Innovation, with integrated fields. He is an experienced academician, trainer, researcher and consultant for several years. Dr. Msaki Juda Leonard is self-motivated with curiosity in reading and thinking, experimental and self learning-oriented personality. Throughout his academic profession and career, Dr. Msaki J.L., has been researching, training and studying critically on financial economics psychology and philosophy, consulting with diversified interest in the areas of innovative financial- economics systems, creative art in academic theory designing and modelling, economic policy creative re-thinking on Global-local Dynamics alternatives.  He has served as Head of Postgraduate Studies Department for few years and was a Chairman for University Integrity Committee for more than eight years. He has several published resources, related to Finance and Economics, streamlined across several other disciplines.  He is passionate with talent in designing and modelling theoretical teaching- Art-strategies in financial economics spectrum, based on his integrated areas of interest. He supports young generation academicians and researchers of modern debating, in writing and conversation bases, across finance and economics fields, while sharing intellectual discussions, experiences and platforms with various academic and industrial institutions within Tanzania and abroad.
