Mr. Bernard Projest Bwiliza is an assistant Lecture at Moshi Co-operative University deployed in the Department of Community Development and Gender.

He specialized in Generalist Social work and Rural Development Sociology. He has over 15 years of vast experience in working with different client systems and international organizations such as Johns Hopkins Inc., AFRI care, and Care International in executing social interventions based on Early child care development (ECD), gender violence, community resources mobilization, and case management master trainer.

 However, Mr Bwiliza is an associate member of Tongy company which deals in social and environmental impact assessment in Tanzania. Additionally, he is a member of the Tanzania Social Work Fraternity (TASWO). He is currently a PhD student, at the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, University of Dodoma.
