Fadhili Damas Machage is an Assistant lecturer in the Department of Community Development and Gender (CDG). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Economic Development and a Master’s in Co-operative and Community Development both from Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). Currently, Mr. Machage pursuing a PhD in Development Studies at China Agricultural University (CAU) in Beijing – China.

Mr. Machage had three years of teaching experience before that, he was employed as a Community Development Officer where he served for five years in Ruangwa District Council. His interests are in the following areas: climate change, agriculture, food security, community development, and co-operatives.
