Ms. Noela Msanya is an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) under the Department of Co-operative Development and Management (DCDM). She holds a Master of Arts in Co-operative and Community Development (MA-CCD) and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Economic Development, both from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). Her key duties include teaching, conducting research and consultancy assignments, and offering community services.
