Sweetbert F. Mrope is an Assistant Lecturer at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). He works under the department of Community Development and Gender (CDG). He holds Master of Arts in Applied Social Psychology (MA. ASP) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor of Education in Psychology (BEDPSY) from Teofilo Kisanji University. Sweetbet keeps in touch with Moshi Co-operative University since 2015 where he was employed as Tutorial Assistant. In field of education and psychology, he served as secondary school teacher before joining Moshi Co-operative University, and engaged as a counselor at Care and Treatment Centre (CTC) in Tabata Health Centre, Dar es Salaam. Moreover, Sweetbert worked together with Tanzania Psychologist Association (TAPA) as a member in promoting and supporting psychological training and services in Tanzania. However, Sweetbert’s research interest resides on enhancing counseling services and psychological well-being to the community, social psychology and personality development. Sweetbert has been involved in various consulting services of community development and gender, and preparation of institution policies and guidelines.
