Mr. Abel Ngowi holds the Degree of Master of Business Administration (Agribusiness) and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Extension from the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He also holds a Professional Certificate in Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies Mananagemt (PC-SACCOS Management) from the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). Currently, he is an Assistant Lecturer and Regional Program Coordinator serving at Tanga Regional Office of the Moshi Co-operative University.
