Alex Ngowi is PhD candidate specializing on Microfinance Financial sustainability. He holds a Master degree in Co-operative and Community development and Bachelor degree in Co-operative Management and Accounting from Sokoine University. He is also a Certified Professional Banker from Tanzania institute of bankers. Currently, he works with Moshi Co-operative University as an Assistant lecturer and Program (Masters Degree Program) coordinator in the Department of Co-operative Development and Management. Prior to Join MoCU he was the head of Department of Business studies at Mount Meru University (MMU). Before joining MMU also he worked as Credit Manager at Akiba Commercial Bank (Moshi Branch).
