Short Biography

Dr. Emmanuel E. Lulandala (CPA-T) is a Lecturer of Accounting, Finance, and Marketing at Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. He received his doctorate in commerce from the University of Delhi, India under the supervision of Prof. Kavita Sharma in 2021. Notwithstanding the above, Dr. Lulandala graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance (2010) from Sokoine University of Agriculture and further completed his Masters of Business Administration (2015) from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, India. Professionally, Dr. Lulandala is a Certified Public Accountant by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania. Furthermore, as an employee at MoCU, Dr. Lulandala has progressed in the capacities of Tutorial Assistant (2011-2014), Assistant Lecturer (2014-2021), and Lecturer (2021 to date). He has also served as a banker at Standard Chartered Bank (2011). Administrative-wise, Dr. Lulandala is the Financial Management Specialist (2021 to date) of the World Bank’s HEET Project at MoCU. Moreover, He formally served as Assistant Quality Assurance Coordinator at MoCU and has participated in various Quality Assurance initiatives by the East African Community in Uganda, Burundi, and Tanzania (2016-2017). He has more than 10 years of teaching experience, published dozens of papers in journals published by Emerald, Springer Nature, and Sage. Again, he has presented in several international conferences. Besides, Dr. Lulandala has supervised several postgraduate research students and reviewed papers of reputable journals in India and USA. Furthermore, Dr. Lulandala is a recipient of the 2020 Consumer behaviour research award of the Academy of Indian Marketing, and other merit wards notably; PAU Outstanding performance Award, USAID-Feed the Future Scholarship award (USA) and ICCR Doctoral scholarship award (India).
