Ms. Huka is a Lecturer holding Master of Science in Marketing Management (Mzumbe University) and Bachelor of Arts in Procurement and Supply Management (Sokoine University of Agriculture). She was employed in 2009 and promoted to the capacity of Lecturer in 2018.
