Mr. Mbura is a Lecturer holding a Master of Science in International Transport and Logistics (University if Dar es Salaam), BBA- Procurement and Logistics Management (Mzumbe University) and is a registered as well as Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional by the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board. Currently, he is undertaking PhD studies at the University of Dar es Salaam.
