Short Biography

Professionally Dr. Paulin Paul is a teacher and he holds a PhD and a Master degree in Rural Development both from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in Morogoro, Tanzania. He also attained a Bachelor of Arts in Rural Development from SUA. Dr. Paulin Paul also holds a Diploma in Education from Mtwara Teachers’ College, Tanzania. Prior to joining MoCU, he has taught in secondary schools for about eight years. Currently he serves as Regional Programme Coordinator at Mwanza Regional Office-MoCU and he is knowledgeable and has a field experience on Co-operative and Microfinance management since he joined MoCU June 2012..
